These terms cover your use of CTRLALTFUN at whatsloading.xyz. They are short on purpose. Please read them before you use the site or join the waitlist.

Acceptance

By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the site.

This site is run by whatsloading.xyz (“we”, “us”). CTRLALTFUN is the name of the site.

About the site

CTRLALTFUN is a personal portfolio. We show the apps we make and collect email addresses from people who want to hear about new ones.

The waitlist

Joining is free and carries no obligation. You do not have to buy anything, and joining does not commit you to use any app.

Once you join, we may send you occasional emails about new apps and updates from CTRLALTFUN. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We may pause or close the waitlist at any time, for any reason.

Acceptable use

Use the site the way a normal visitor would. You agree not to:

  • scrape the site or collect its content or data with automated tools;
  • use bots, scripts or other automation to submit the signup form;
  • sign up with an email address that is not yours, or with a fake one;
  • abuse, overload or disrupt the site or the services behind it;
  • try to break, bypass or probe our security.

We may block access and remove signups that break these rules.

Intellectual property

The site content, the CTRLALTFUN name and logo, and the apps shown here belong to the owner. You may view the site and share its link. Please do not copy the branding, the logo or the design, and do not present them as your own.

Apps and games are provided “as is”

Some apps and games on this site may be previews or demos. They can change, break or disappear without notice. We give no promise that any app will reach a final release or stay available.

No warranty

We provide the site and everything on it “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss that comes from your use of the site or the apps. Where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, our total liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer laws of your country that cannot be limited by contract.

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Read their terms and privacy policies before you use them.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you join the waitlist, how we use it and what rights you have. It forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If you keep using the site after that date, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
